Race Coordinator, Kyleigh Kramlich – an 18 year old pushchair athlete, in collaborate with local chapters of The Arc Network to facilitate One Voice Georgia, a road race to bring together people with disabilities, their families, providers and advocates from across the state to run with a unified voice in support of disability rights for all.

Participants can choose to run, walk, roll or bike for 1 mile, 5K or 10K, at any point during the Labor Day weekend event. Participants can complete their race individually, or social distancing with family and friends, at a park, their backyard or even inside. They can even “just move” – CrossFit, strength session, or dance-off (TikTok). It’s a great way to exercise and support a great mission for fun with hundreds of others, virtually! Participants will be encouraged to record their time and route, and post results and photos on social media using the hashtag #OneVoiceGeorgia and #TogetherWeWheel. Proceeds will benefit local chapters of The Arc Georgia.
WHEN
The One Voice Georgia virtual Run, Walk, Roll will take place over Labor Day weekend – September 5-7, 2020.
REGISTRATION
$25 registration fee, includes a commemorative T-shirt.
WHY
The message of unity, strength in numbers, and the visibility of state-wide support for disability rights will be broadcast widely. T-shirts will be mailed to registered participants proudly displaying the art of Kyleigh Kramlich – One Voice Georgia, Race Coordinator – and her famous quote, Running is like flying–come fly with us!
